Investors can qualify through several options, such as purchasing real estate worth at least AED 2 million, owning a business with capital of AED 2 million or more, placing a fixed deposit in a UAE bank, or paying annual taxes of AED 250,000 or higher.
Property investors are usually granted a 5-year visa that can be renewed if ownership conditions remain the same. Other investor categories, such as business owners or deposit investors, are typically eligible for a 10-year Golden Visa with renewal options.
